Do you really answer the phone 24 hours a day?
Yes. A garage door that will not close leaves your home open, and that cannot wait until Monday. We take calls 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays, at (647) 860-0531.
How fast can you get to me?
In Cambridge we are usually on site within the hour. Kitchener, Waterloo and Guelph are typically same-day. Outlying areas such as London or Mississauga are booked for the earliest available slot — call and we will give you a real window, not a guess.
How much does garage door repair cost in Cambridge?
It depends on the part that failed. A sensor realignment is a small job; a torsion spring replacement or a new opener is more. What never changes is that you get the exact price before we start, and we do not add charges afterward.
Do you charge extra for evenings or weekends?
We are a 24-hour service, so nights and weekends are normal working hours for us. Any after-hours difference is quoted upfront before you agree to the visit.
Do you work on commercial garage doors?
Yes. Alongside residential work we service commercial overhead and roll-up doors for shops, warehouses and industrial units across Waterloo Region and the surrounding areas.
Is my garage door still repairable, or do I need a new one?
Most doors are repairable. Springs, cables, rollers, hinges, openers and even individual panels can all be replaced. We only recommend a full replacement when the door is structurally damaged or when the repair bill would approach the cost of a new door.
